    This didn’t work for me and took many visits to a few PT offices til the PT figured out it was crystals not in the usual canals in the ears. Went 4 weeks spinning til he came up with a different placement of the crystal and spinning was gone before I left office.. Had it once about a year later and 10 minute visit at 7:30 am ( he was booked out for a month) took care of it again. Still carry Dramamine every day just in case.

    I have had vertigo for a couple of weeks now its horrible snd debilitating. I see a physical therapist next week I pray it will be gone

      Be patient, it worked the first time the doctor did it with me. I actually heard a small pop and the doc said the crystals moved back in place. I was rinsing my nose for a week or two. She told me to stop doing it so frequent. Hope this helps, good luck.

    I got this video accidentally I was suffering from it for 10 days at the age of 43 It started very very suddenly and then I lost my confidence, But this very simple step video makes all change till video time 4:21 i seen it many times and done once and MAGIC or God great its gone A heavy spine was there at the time of performing but I made it successfully Thank you so much From 4:22 onwards i really don't understand this video but till 4:21 it makes me happy

    If I did Knee over Toe Split (or even 1/2 way), I'd be in pain for a month. I am afraid to do movements that prevent me from walking, biking, dancing, zumba. I can hold a plié or partial lunge or do that sit isometric against a wall, but not repetitive movement. I have pain under my knee cap now and my knee gave out during dancing. It is time for physical therapy!!!

    Surely all you have to do is push the weight closer to the top then put on the collar to hold it. those plates shouldn't be sliding like that if you're fixing them properly. I should be getting mine in a couple of weeks, when it gets delivered so I'll test it for sliding then.

    I have been getting episodes of dizziness sometimes. But all the time i feel a bit unstable. Do you think i have something else besides vertigo? If i do, what should i do? I tried doing the epley maneuver but it failed and made it worse.

    I’ve been stretching for months, and it only got much much better after I slowly started training calves, the tibialis and legs. I came up with this because I’ve been having issues with piriformis syndrome, and started doing the same for that.

    I felt dizzy for 2 days after going to the gym. Then I found this exercise and it helped. I did it 2 times before going to bed and slept on the side that felt more comfortable for me. Next morning I woke up and the dizziness was gone 😊 Thank you for sharing this video.

    I need help please. I am unable to get any proper medication or this epley maneuver. It's been last 3 years and more this is happening. It comes anytime anyways. I am unable to understand what's triggering it. I don't feel confident to travel or do any daily task. I will try this for sure as comments gave me hopes. However my question is will this fix vertigo forever? Can I then stop having vertin 24mg tablet?

      Please get checked by a professional to be sure! If it works, it will eliminate the positional vertigo but there can always be more going on
